Day 6 on the Portland Pilgrimage

After chatting and knitting at Shelli's house pretty much all day, we eventually decided to get our clothes on and join the living. We finally emerged about 3 in the afternoon and took a leisurley stroll around downtown Petaluma. Oh, Shelli is dangerous to shop with...We went into an antique furniture store and I saw the prettiest Hoosier Cabinet that I really, really wanted....sigh....We then got a snack at Lombardi's Deli which included smoked chicken, cheese, and salami. After our snack, it was time to get down to business at Knitterly. As soon as the last chair was set out, people started to show up for "Trish the Dish", the one woman show. Here are some photos I took of all the fun!

I loved this tree display. It makes a very cool first impression as you enter the shop.

Here is Sandy knitting the Superwash Merino that Mom spun specially for Allen!

Shelli doing some quick tallying...

Some shots of the customers sociallizing and knitting....

Here is Lynne with a scarf made out of TFC yarn in Newport Rocks.

Mom and Allen catching up..

Some textural photographs of Knitterly!
