Speaking of Italian sausage recipes, have you tried making Baked Ziti, Becky? It's a classic hot midweek meal to bring to a potluck. You'll need a bulk of Italian sausage for Baked Ziti, as well as a key fresh herb. Although Baked Ziti looks a lot like American lasagna, they taste different.
I'm technically a Research and Development Technologist, but have accepted my true underground status as a founding member of The Fat Kid Club. I enjoy food and all things cooking. My love of travel only feeds my insatiable appettite for new and exotic flavors; Ireland, France, Italy, Brazil, Mexico, Cape Cod...I'll eat my way around this world eventually!
