More Canning!
Again this year, I've been furiously canning every free minute and I've managed to put up more fresh pack pickles, peach jam, peach quarters, pickled green beans, and salsa!
The prep work...

I'm technically a Research and Development Technologist, but have accepted my true underground status as a founding member of The Fat Kid Club. I enjoy food and all things cooking. My love of travel only feeds my insatiable appettite for new and exotic flavors; Ireland, France, Italy, Brazil, Mexico, Cape Cod...I'll eat my way around this world eventually!
